Terms And Conditions

I accept full responsibility for all damages which may occur during my rental for all and for the behavior of any guests involved in my event.
I have the right to inspect the rental vehicle prior to my trip and report any noticeable damage. I agree to pay all services and fees rendered at the time of pickup, and any additional hours at the trips at trips end. I warrant that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter this contract.
I agree that I am fully responsibility for any damages to the interior or exterior of the bus caused by myself or my Guests. I understand I am also liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of After Dark service due to such damage.

I hereby authorize After Dark to charge my credit card towards any damages caused by either myself or my Guests.

  • Full payment is due upon the time of pickup.  No checks are accepted.
  • A gratuity fee of 18%
    will be added for gas, tolls, and clean up.
  • A fee of $100 is required to reserve a rental date which will go toward the total
    rental amount.

  • Show respect for the driver and follow his/her instructions.

  • Extra hours are at the discretion of our drivers, will incur the charge of $125.00
    per hour over the agreed time. Such overtime will begin at the contracted ending time.

  • Each Guest will be required to sign an Individual Waiver before the Bus departs – NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Any Guests added to the Bus during the event (not part of the original group) are added at the discretion of the Driver only. In no case will the maximum number of passengers we can safely transport be exceeded. NO STANDING IN THE MOVING BUS.

  •  AFTER DARK is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any personal belongings left on the bus. 

  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bus during the trip. However, please do not remove alcohol from the bus and take it into a public space.

  • Bus drivers or employee reserve the absolute right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, or pose a safety issue to themselves or to others.

  •  Bus personnel and drivers are not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride. Driver has the right (but not the obligation) to inspect identification & containers of passengers who appear underage.

  • After Dark is not responsible in cases of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, traffic, acts of God or anything that may delay a timely arrival or cause cancellation of the trip. In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical problems, the trip may be rescheduled for another date.

  • Alcohol impairs motor skills, balance, and judgment. Clients are asked to remain seated while the bus is in motion. Please use caution on steps, and follow directions given by Driver. After Dark is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any injuries or losses caused by alcohol intoxication, standing up while bus is in motion, standing next to doors and/or leaning against doors, roughhousing, fighting, or any other self/passenger related injuries. 

  •  If a Guest vomits or releases any other bodily fluids in or on the bus, there will be a charge of $200.00 for cleanup fee.

  • Any fighting, violence, damage to equipment and/or bus, harassment toward the driver, staff, or Guests in or around Party Bus may result in the termination of the event. 

  • A cancellation notice is required at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.  All cancellations must be in writing or text.  Email afterdark4life@gmail.com or text 682-400-9513.
